Djane Ki
1993 : Ki was initiated to acid techno in her early seventeens, whilst partying in bunkers and other decommissioned areas in eastern France. This experience left her with a deep footprint into the furrows of the first LP’s she played. At the same time organizer and DJane, miss Ki produced with Ellipse Sound System the amazing “Oscilloscope” festivals, and the massive “Catharsis” parties. Refining her style for more than two decades, she shared iconic stages with high fliers, playing solo or duet.
Today dj Ki is one of the activists amongst La Bande Adhésive, she sources her playlists in the trough of all waves, her personal touch being a direct techno style. She also plays live sets in the underground band Triceratops, with Dj Bouto and miss Eïki.
Finally, she composes weird tunes, painting shadows in her very recognizable dark and cinematographic style. Several singles, EPs and LPs were released on 3rd Lab Records, LBA Records, Foolish Records and miscellaneous other record labels.
