Maybe the most important question that could be asked in art is how is it even possible for it to be perceived. How can one be councious of it, of himself, of anything at all?

Some say counciousness does not exist. But if it is so how are we aware of ourselves trying to make sense of these words? Or of the sounds we are about to hear?

Some say counciousness is an illusion. But if it is then what is it trying to delude?

There is nothing about which existence we are so sure but we are at the same time so uncapable to prove or explain. And the only proof we have is trapped inside our minds - ineffable, incommunicable to the outside world.

"In the province of the mind, what one believes to be true is true or becomes true, within certain limits to be found experientially and experimentally. These limits are further beliefs to be transcended. In the mind, there are no limits... In the province of connected minds, what the network believes to be true, either is true or becomes true within certain limits to be found experientially and experimentally. These limits are further beliefs to be transcended. In the network's mind there are no limits." --John C. Lilly
